Foreign
nationals may obtain visas from embassies, consulates or representative
offices of the R.O.C.

eligible for Visa-exempt entry: |
Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan,
Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta,
Monaco, the Netherlands , New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K. and U.S.A. |

a passport with validity of at least six months after entry
(unless otherwise stipulated by treaty or agreement)
- a
confirmed return air ticket or an air ticket and a visa
for the next destination, and a confirmed seat reservation
for departure.

| Requirements: |
- a passport valid for at least six months.
- a confirmed return air ticket or an air ticket and a visa
for the next destination, and a confirmed seat reservation
for departure.
- fill out an application form with two photos.
- visa fee of NT$ 1,200 (citizens of countries with reciprocal
agreements shall be issued visas gratis) plus a handling
fee of NT$ 800; For U.S. citizens: see remarks 2.
- no criminal record.

| Method
of Lodgement: |
- Passengers
entering the Republic of China through the C.K.S. International
Airport may apply for a landing visa at the Visa Office
of Consular Affairs Bureau at the C.K.S. International Airport.
- Passengers
who enter the Republic of China through the Kaohsiung International
Airport shall apply for a "temporary entry permit"
at the Kaohsiung Aviation Police Station for temporary permits.
These passengers must change the permit to a visa at the
Bureau of Consular Affairs or its Kaohsiung Office within
three days, or will be subjected to administrative penalty
for overstaying.

|
*Holders
of USA passport with validity less than six months
- Passengers
shall apply for a visa at ROC Overseas Missions and be charged
a special handling fee of equal amount US$100(NT$3,600).

Passengers who apply for visas upon arrival at the ports
of entry in the ROC shall be charged a special handling
fee of equal amount US$100(NT$3,600)plus an additional fee
of US$24(NT$800).A single entry visa of which duration of
stay is no more than 30 days may be granted.

Persons: |
Foreign nationals, who hold ordinary passports or other legal
travel documents and who intend to stay in the Republic of
China for less than six months for the purpose of transit,
tourism, visiting relatives, attending a training course,
receiving medical treatment or engaging in business or other
permissible activities.For tourism information onTaiwan please

passport valid for at least six months;
- A
duly completed application form with two photos;
- An
outbound airline ticket or verifiable proof of purchase
of steamship ticket ;
- Documents
verifying the purpose of visit; and
- Other
relevant documents.

| Visa
Validity: |
- For
foreign nationals from the countries with which the ROC
has entered into reciprocal visa agreements, the validity
of their Visitor Visas shall be decided in accordance with
these agreements.
- For
other foreign nationals, a Visitor Visa is generally valid
from three months up to one year.

For foreign nationals from the countries with which the
ROC has entered into reciprocal visa agreements, the visa
is issued gratis.
- For
other foreign nationals, the visa fees are: single entry:
NT$ 1,200 (US$ 36)multiple entries: NT$ 2,400 (US$ 72).
- The
Visa application fee is NT$ 3,600($US100) for US citizens.

| Remarks:
|
Visitor
Visa holders who are permitted to stay in Taiwan for sixty
or ninety days and whose visas bear no such remark as "no
extension will be granted" may apply at the nearest city/county
police headquarters for a maximum of 120 or 90 days of extensions. |

Please
contact us to apply a landing visa to be obtained at C.K.S airport
upon your arrival participation.
(1)Please download this " Personal
Data Form " and complete it.
(2)Indicate your SMC2006 "Registration ID" on the
top of the form, and then fax it to us at +886-2-2751-8845 no
later than July 1, 2006 for the application.
Any landing visa application sent after July 1, 2006
can not be guaranteed for successful application.
