Why
can't I upload my paper or modify paper information?
Please
note that only the correspondence author can upload paper and modify
paper information. If you want to change the correspondence author
of your paper, only the current correspondence can do so, or you
can contact us. For regular paper, please contact

Is
it possible to edit or make minor modifications to a submitted paper
before the submission deadline ?
Yes,
of course. Please update your paper by clicking "Maintain Submission
Status" on http://ins.cn.nctu.edu.tw/smc2006/PaperSubmission.htm
How
to chang the sequence of authors on Paper Management System?
The
sequence of authors on Paper Management System does not relative
to that on the proceeding of SMC2006. We will adopt the sequence
in your PDF file. You don't have to worry about the sequence of
author on our system.
I
have put wrongly put the corresponding author for this paper and
I would like to delete it.

I
can't upload my paper after I "click conference name to submit
paper". The the "next page" is about Correspondence
author information, the paper category, paper title, keyword and
abstract, not about full paper upload information.
Before
you can upload the paper, you have to create paper information by
filling the "next page" that contains "Correspondence
author information, the paper category, paper title, keyword and
abstract". After that you can upload your paper.
What
is the exact closing time for the paper submission process?
The
system time is based on GMT-12:00. Taipei, the conference vanue,is
GMT+8:00.
Authors in American and over the world can surely submit papers
according to their local time.
I
am a reviewer or a organizer of special session. Should I use a
different account to submit paper or review paper?
People
may play multiple roles in SMC2006 such as an author, a reviewer
or a special session organizer, but you have to use the same account
in the paper management system of SMC2006. Without given other authorities,
every account can only submit papers. PC members have additional
authority to access the reviewers' area. Special session organizers
will have additional authority to manage their paper review process,
if they choose to handle their own review process. Every time we
need your help, we will send a notice. Please pay attention to the
notice from Paper Management System which contains your account,
password, a guideline and a link to guide you directly to the page
you need.
I
am a organizer of special session. Should I send my account and
password to every author to upload their paper?
Session
organizers do not have to release their accounts. Every paper's
information has been set up in the Paper Management System. Every
author has an account to upload all his/her papers.
