We appreciate your interest in participating at the SMC2006.

• Request for an Official Invitation Letter for Visa Application

  Registrants must create an account, and use this account to log into the web pages to get the Invitation Letter.

Foreign nationals may obtain visas from embassies, consulates or representative offices of the R.O.C. It is your sole responsibility to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into Taiwan. We strongly encourage you to plan ahead. The Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs website includes information which may be helpful to you.

Registrants requesting a Letter of Invitation must have paid the registration fee in full. The Registration ID number is a proof that you would come to Taiwan for participating in the conference. The Registration ID is shown on the registration sheet. If you miss your registration sheet, the below link can help you to retrieve. Please fill out the request form depends on your requirements. The form will generate an official invitation letter, which you can print and use to obtain a visa for participation in SMC2006. Please note this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.

  The registration sheet will be sent to your email address right away after completing all the registration online procedures. Please present this registration sheet at the Registration Desk to pick up your conference pack.
