Accommodation Reservations for Student Participants

In an effort to ease the burden of the cost of the hotel for student participants, we have reserved 20 rooms (accommodating 2 persons per room) at a 2-star hotel at a more economical rate of less than 2500 NTD per day per room for a period from Oct. 7 to 11.

Reservation for these accommodations will be made on a first come, first serve basis until the vacancies are filled. Please return your reservation form together with a proof of your student status or IEEE student member number to

before August 20 for further processing. Submission later than the deadline will not be considered.

Please be advised that October in Taiwan is at the height of the tourist season. Hotel rooms are always full. It might be difficult to find suitable accommodation during that period if you make reservations late. As a friendly reminder, we strongly encourage you to make your reservation as soon as you can.
